Summit Tea began with a simple conviction: that a great cup of tea deserves the same care and intention as a fine meal. In 2010, we opened our doors on Vincent Road in Hicksville with a small selection of loose-leaf blends and a passion for bringing people together over something genuine.
Today, we source whole-leaf teas from gardens across Asia and the highlands of Africa, roast our own spices, and bake fresh pastries every morning. Every blend is developed in-house, every recipe refined over years of tasting. What you taste is the result of patience — and a deep respect for the craft.
